Went for Pizza, (scott) left with a job!

Scotts Sister is in town this weekend and we have had a lot of fun with her here. Since she went to school here at BYUI a few years back, she insisted we make a trip to Craigo's which is the best Pizza place in Rexburg. My parents had dates at Craigo's when they were students up here so this place has history for many BYUI students.

Come to find out our friend's twin brother is one of the managers or owners (not sure) of the place. While we were eating lunch we ran into our friend who introduced us to her twin. We all got to talking and all of a sudden Scott and him were setting up a time to meet to talk about creating a website for Craigo's! Scott is meeting with him next weekend to talk about what they want and need and seeing if it is something Scott would be interested in! He's excited! This would be his first paid job that relates to what he wants to do!

He's hoping he can get a Craigo's T-Shirt as part of his pay! ;)

We will keep you posted on how the meeting next week goes!

Here it is...

Best Guilt Free Cookies Ever!

Check out these yummy cookies... click here!

I use Fat Free Cool Whip, and 1/4 cup Egg Beaters, and if you live by a trader Joe's or Whole Foods they have cake mixes out there with less sugar and calories than most cake mixes.

Not only are they not full of calories and fat like most cookies...
they are SUPER EASY and WAY YUMMY!!

Tonight we will be enjoying these while watching 24!

I Have One Talented Hubby!

Scott has been taking a few of his Web Engineering classes and decided he wanted to start his own web page. He is the Cub Scout Master for our ward so he has created a website for the kids, parents, and leaders to use to know what is going in our pack!

He has just got it up and running so it is still in progress, but check it out:

Pretty Talented if you ask me!

Happy Valentines A Day Late

Scott and I decided we needed to get away for the weekend so we took a trip to Jackson Hole for a night. We decided to go Friday and Saturday. We stayed in this little Cabin, which was WAY cute! We went out to eat Friday night at a yummy Mexican Food place and walked around the town. It is such a fun little area…. We got there a little later than planned so a lot of the stores were closed but we still enjoyed ourselves!

Later that night Scott surprised me with a little blue Tiffany’s Box!!! Sadly the necklace wasn’t what he was expecting… it looked way different on their website than when it came in the mail so he wanted to look for something else which we ended up coming across a necklace on Saturday that was more of what he wanted to get for me! Its BEAUTIFUL AND I LOVE IT!!! I got him Lion King the movie which is his favorite and a work out DVD that he wanted P90X…. he’s determined to get his six pack back… it’s a 90 day program so we will see how we do with it!!!

Before we left on Saturday we went tubing at Snow King. It was a lot of fun!

Saturday night we went and saw Valentines Day…. It wasn’t as great as I was hoping for but it was still cute!!!! We had an embarrassing moment while we were at the theater… We went to Sam’s club before we went to the theater to pick up a few items one of which was pickles…. We like dill pickles and they are super cheap at Sam’s club…. The bottle was the large kind and it was rolling around in the trunk so Scott dropped me off to pick of the tickets and he was going to move the pickle jar. First of all the theater parking lot was completely packed!!!! He pulled up in front of the theater in the drop off area and he opened the trunk and the LARGE pickle jar rolled right out and shattered all over!!! People walking by were giggle and cars driving past kept looking over at us… we couldn’t help but bust out laughing!!! Scott was offering free pickles to everyone who walked by…. But he was a little bummed he lost his pickles!!! J I was a wimp and left him to clean it up while I went and got the tickets!!! J

Sunday we kicked back and relaxed and enjoyed the day! We made Yummy Whole Wheat Crepes for breakfast that I tried for the first time and they turned out GREAT! We went to church... played a little Wii Mario Bro... watched the Olympics... and enjoyed yummy strawberries with Chocolate Fondue!

In preparations for the Olympics… which we have enjoyed watching over the past few days… we decided we needed to get out there and experience some of the winter sports…. Over the past month we have gone...

Snowmobiling…

Ice Skating… (With some great friends for FHE!)

Snowboarding….

Tubing…

I think we have done it all this winter…. Now I am ready for Spring and Summer!!!
